Black Sheep Gathering - The Club will have an educational booth containing member products for sale in June 29 - 30, 2024. Members are allowed to submit cashmere and other non-cashmere fiber products raised on their farms to sell in the booth. The Club has had a booth at this event every year it was held for many years. If you have questions about participating, contact the vendor booth chair, Diana Walker.

An annual NWCA cashmere goat show competition is held at the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival. Results of the 2023 cashmere goat competition can be found here. The 2024 show is scheduled for Saturday, October 21st. This is an open show and not limited to NWCA members. We normally have our annual membership meeting after the goat show concludes.

Cashmere goats were represented at the California State Fair in the Other Fiber Goat Category on July 29, 2023. Results of this show are here.

Oregon State Fair - Members first showed cashmere goats here in 2022. Two farms participated showing a total of 16 goats in the Other Fiber Goat category in 2022. The 2023 show at the State Fair included three farms with a total of 29 goats in the Other Fiber Goat category. All of them were cashmere. Results of this show is here.
